Baird Advisors Sponsors Unstoppable Cup

Baird was a proud sponsor of the 2024 Unstoppable Cup, a three-on-three wheelchair basketball tournament hosted in Milwaukee by The Ability Center in partnership with the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center on March 8.

The Ability Center’s goal is to provide higher quality of life for people of all abilities by transforming greater Milwaukee into the most universally inclusive recreation destination in the world. The Unstoppable Cup raises money for their adaptive sports programs. Twenty-four teams competed in this year’s tournament, co-chaired by Baird Advisors Managing Director Duane McAllister, whose daughter, Kelly, occasionally uses a wheelchair for her mobility needs.

“I am thrilled to support Damian and the Ability Center as co-chair and even more proud of the support and donations Baird associates have provided over the past two years,” said Duane McAllister.

Funds raised by the 2024 Unstoppable Cup will allow The Ability Center to purchase 18 adaptive sport wheelchairs and other equipment.
